Cannot set up Samsung protection plan subscription

Hello all. So I bought a new tablet with the protection plan, through Samsung, from Amazon. My issue is, I cannot figure out where to go, to activate it. I have tried both the Amazon & Samsung Members apps, and nothing. I have a screenshot showing the error from Amazon's end, & I have gone all over this app, looking for it. Does anyone know what to do, please? Perhaps I have to call it in?? Thank you!

You have to register on Samsung's website , you will need screenshots of proof of purchase.

Have you had any success? I am unable to connect my plan to Samsung. I am getting the run around from both Amazon and Samsung blaming it on each other.  Very frustrating!
