Cancel Fox One Free Trial

I'm trying to cancel my free trial subscription to Fox One which I purchased through Samsung Checkout. My purchase is listed there, however there is no option to cancel it. How do I cancel Fox One before the free trial expires.

You have to cancel it from the TV itself.

Thank you for the reply - however for whatever reason my smart TV does not have a general settings tab. All my settings options are for the TV itself -, nothing to do with subscriptions. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

On my remote I hit the home button and tap up to my profile and then select my account then payment info then subscriptions

Thanks for the info - however I had Samsung tech support remotely look for the option to unsubscribe my subscription and there was none. Today I received a reply from Samsung that they are not allowed to cancel it - even though I purchased it through Samsung checkout.

I would recommend contacting HBO and cancel directly with them. You should have been able to use the above method to cancel it.

Your looking in the wrong place go to settings then go to general then select system manager after that you select Samsung account and it will pop up your account which looks like a dead end but press down and my account will light up press that and go into payment info from there you will see subscriptions and that's where I found mine and was able to unsubscribe
