Samsung Apps and ServicesToday 10/22/25 I opened my SmartThings app and noticed all 24 of my work SmartTag2s were not listed. I cleared the cache, restarted the phone, I logged out and logged back into the SmartThings app and still, I was not able to see any of my SmartTag2s. I'm able to see my other devices... watch, paired radio, etc but all 24 locators are no longer listed. Can anyone explain how this happened?
I started to manual re-pair a single device , starting with my SmartTag2 attached to my keys. I was not able to pair this device. My phone's bluetooth is connected but it does not see the SmartTag2. When I push the button, the tag double beeps, which if I'm correct, is different than when I first paired it weeks ago. I think then it was a single beep.
All 24 devices were purchased less than 2 months ago and all but 1 device are in the same work area. I would assume this issue is with the application and not the SmartTags.
Questions:
1. How did this happen?
2. How to prevent this from happening again?
3. Why will my current tags not pair and how can I get them to pair?

Samsung Apps and ServicesThank you for reaching out, Members_RG8WoCw. I am sorry for the delay in response and I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to connect your Smart Tags 2 to your phone. I just wanted to touch base and see if you were able to get them reconnected?
