Samsung Apps and ServicesI am writing to raise a serious and urgent concern regarding the appalling state of Samsung’s after-sales customer service in Saudi Arabia.
Having lived and worked across multiple countries, I can confidently say that the experience I’ve had with your customer service in Saudi Arabia is by far the worst I have ever encountered. The situation is so damaging that it is actively harming Samsung’s brand reputation in the region—possibly beyond what your headquarters may be aware of.
The level of incompetence displayed by your local service provider is staggering. English-speaking expatriates are routinely transferred to agents who do not speak English. Worse still, these agents automatically rate their own service 10/10, regardless of the quality of the interaction—clearly manipulating your feedback systems and masking the real level of customer dissatisfaction.
I am refraining from outlining my personal case here, as this message is not about a single issue but about a systemic failure in how your customer service is being managed locally. I am, of course, available to share details if you deem it helpful.
However, I strongly urge you to take immediate action to investigate and overhaul your customer service operations in Saudi Arabia. If no corrective measures are taken, I fear the long-term consequences on Samsung’s reputation and customer loyalty in this key market may be severe and irreversible.
