The series Star Trek Strange New Worlds will not load. It's been an on again off again problem for quiet awhile now. Just times out. I'm guessing it's an APP problem??
No problem with any of the other shows I watch.

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame problem back again. Since Samsung provides the APPs, it should be their problem to sort with Paramount.

Samsung Apps and ServicesHow do you figure it's Samsung's problem to sort it out? Samsung doesn't provide the app, they allow the app to be installed and present. The developer (Paramount +) is solely responsible for content and programming and they may be having an issue with that particular program. Perhaps they are having some issue with that particular program or licensing issues with the franchise.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI do agree with you. I've tried everything Paramount + suggested.
For now I load program on my Iphone and use Airplay to Samsung TV. Works fine this way. For now I just give up on trying to figure it out.
Who knows , in a few weeks or months, I may find it's fixed.
