We're sorry to hear you're experiencing crashes when logging into the Wallet app. A few users have reported similar issues, and our team is reviewing the behavior. In the meantime, please try the following steps:
1. Clear the cache for the Samsung Wallet app (Settings > Apps > Wallet > Storage > Clear Cache).
2. If that doesn’t help, try updating the app via the Galaxy Store (or uninstalling updates and reinstalling).
3. If you're enrolled in the One UI Beta, note that some app stability issues can occur and may be resolved with the next software update.
If the issue continues, please consider submitting an Error Report via the Samsung Members app right after the crash—this will help our developers diagnose the problem more accurately.
