Interesting! I have a BT version, I was able to be join the beta program. My galaxy watch 7 44mm BT is on One UI 8 beta

I saw the beta notice on Samsung members and I joined. After 10 minutes they accepted me and then I was able to update my Galaxy watch 7 with One UI 8 beta.

The Ultra is only LTE (yes it works on BT, but it doesn't have a BT only version) and not carrier based (there's no TMo version). I have TMo as my phone carrier and the update has not shown up.

They do show that the ultra beta is only for T-Mobile
Its right there in red as you sign up.
After I did I went to update in the wear app and it got it right away

We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding not receiving the Beta software update. Please note the following important eligibility criteria:

LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network)
To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan.
If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.

Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models
Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.

If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.
