Samsung, I see the notice for the fourth beta, but apparently it's for carrier-locked phones only? Samsung please address this issue as this doesn't make any sense.
Unlocked phone here, no update. Now apps that do a security check are starting to break since we'reon an outdated software version. I'm getting bad flashbacks to the one time Verizon participated in the beta and then pulled the plug after 2 versions, leaving us stuck on outdated software for months. Samsung, please fix this immediately.
