Unlocked model beta 4

Anyone know why only the carrier locked models get beta 4 while unlocked models are left in the dust? Seems kinda unfair when we are all running the same firmware besides the carrier "optimization". I've noticed in the update log that many issues I've had are fixed with this update but can't get it installed since I'm not running T-Mobile firmware

So why even release it for one carrier if everyone isn't able to access it at the same time? Reminds me of the old TouchWiz days of Samsung not releasing an update for months for the old S2 and S3. Makes me want to jump ship to Oneplus where they have the update released within a month or two.
