Unlocked model beta 4

Anyone know why only the carrier locked models get beta 4 while unlocked models are left in the dust? Seems kinda unfair when we are all running the same firmware besides the carrier "optimization". I've noticed in the update log that many issues I've had are fixed with this update but can't get it installed since I'm not running T-Mobile firmware

Every other beta has been released to everyone in the beta at the same time so what makes this beta different?

Apparently in the changelog they said beta4 is "Carrier model only" lmao (changelog in the members app)

That's why I asked is if a moderator could respond as to why they wouldn't release it to everyone in the US
