I was on a United flight today and I couldn't get unitedwifi.com to come up, usually shows up on as available Wi-Fi. Has anyone else come across this? Have any fixes?
Although we are expecting that you could not submit error report at that time while you were in the air, have you tried refreshing the Wi-Fi list while you were on the air?
Also, has the United Airline had issue with Wi-Fi router at that time, where all passengers were experiencing the similar behavior?
