Saw a video showing samsung messages will now support RCS chats again. I have a unlocked s24 ultra and the rcs chats do not work with samsung messages. Only Google since they are trying to discontinue samsung messages. But since this whole news story with Google messages and it not being encrypted I'm sure has gotten samsung to uodate messages now for RCS chat? I didn't get it yet but I want to kno if anyone out there has. The video I saw was uploaded today on YouTube
It's not up to neither Samsung or Google it is up to the carriers but Google is trying to get the carriers to use only Google Messages and Google Messages is encrypted it's just not encrypted between Google and Apple to which is on Apple's end
