Maybe you want to ask T-Mo this question when they are releasing it to their customers. I am on an MVNO owned by Verizon and I got it this morning.

As soon as my phone is paid and unlocked I am leaving T mobile for Mint or boost. Doesn't pay to be with a carrier that doesn't care about its customers.
