S-pen smell

Gotta a weird issue going on with the S-pen. I have never noticed this on any of my Note or Ultra phones but it has started since Beta 5. I had the S-pen in my hand and needed to scratch my beard, so I used the back of my hand and noticed a strong burning smell like a motor had overheated and was beginning to burn out and lock up. It was actually coming from my S-pen. Now every time I take it out it has the same smell, which coincides with the fact my phone has been getting hotter while charging and slowing down as well. These are new issues to me since most of my Beta testing years have been non eventful.

That's not a beta issue. This has been a problem since the S24. The S Pen smells bad.

I had an S24 and used the s-pen all the time and never smelled anything like that and it's funny I'm just now smelling it on my S25 since the 5th Beta release.

If you suspect the phone is getting hotter, I would suggest downloading good guardians and than download thermal guardians to see what is making the phone hot and preventing overheating

This is not new. At the S25 Ultra launch the question came up because users of previous models of the Ultras had noticed it. We checked and the S25 Ultra S Pen has the same smell.
