S pen is not popping its options

Is anyone else having the S pen issue when I take it out from the housing it would not pop out the option is to crop and whatever and also when I press the button it was not show

If you have pentastic installed, if you uninstall it should work fine

I don't have any problem with the Pen
Make sure you have these options

Make sure the option when pen is pulled out is not set to do nothing.
