Persistent notification?

I have a few apps I used to get persistent notifications from. Example step count, weather.

Now when I click clear all, even those are cleared. I cannot find an option to change that behavior.

Same here. You would think there will be a place to select the ones you want permanent

I'm having the same problem. Hopefully this gets fixed like how it used to be perhaps in beta 2 or beta 3 🤞
