Other people's contacts in my shared notes list

In the notes app under "shared notes", > "create",> "choose contacts or add Samsung accounts" there are contacts in there that are not mine and I can not find them any where in my phone. My Samsung account has 0 contacts linked to it. I was showing my girlfriend how weird it was and she realized they were some of her contacts bc of the way they are saved in her phone. Our Samsung accounts are not linked in any way. Neither of us is signed in to each other's phones. So how are her contacts coming up on my phone under shared notes but no where else.

The ones with arrows are the ones that are not mine. And I cannot find them anywhere else in my phone.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
