OneUI 8.5 Beta Stuck on "Processing Join Request"

I'm on a factory-unlocked S25 (Model SM-S931U1) in the US. Previously, when attempting to participate in the OneUI 8 beta, the screen said "Processing Join Request" for upwards of 2 months. I never got the status "Joined", but out of nowhere, I got the OTA update, still never got the verification that I joined the program in the members app. I'm having the same issue here with OneUI 8.5. I registered this morning around 6:20 AM EST. I have been waiting all day for the status in Samsung Members to change from "Processing Join Request" to "Joined". Has yet to happen, and it is around 4:45 PM now. I DM'ed all 3 mod accounts, and have no response yet. I have also been checking for software updates in settings, and still nothing. I would greatly appreciate it if someone is able to get me into the program or at least try to check the DMs I have sent in an attempt for help. @USBetaModerator @USBetaModerator2 @USBetaModerator3

You need to DM beta mod 3, they will respond tomorrow if not today

Do you mind posting a screenshot of your about phone section specifically on the software screen? I've seen this once before that had nothing to do with beta registration problems as the other user stated which it very well could be, but it also could be something else entirely that I don't want to say because I don't want to accuse of anything. If you could just post your about phone software section you can blur any personal stuff you want I just need to see firmware and base band and obviously software as well as model, if you're trying to trick the beta system with anything else even just the wrong carrier but everything else is right about your phone you will get stuck in what I call the purgatory of beta, trust me you don't want to be there, essentially you will be stuck where you are now until stable rolls out. I watched an acquaintance go through it and the moderators rightfully are not willing to do anything in that scenario since you were never meant to get it if you're not on the exact phone specs required.

You very well maybe though I'm not accusing you please don't misunderstand, I just wanted to easily rule out a very simple cause to your issue if you don't mind

Im also having same issue.

I have a S25 Ultra unlocked device and I joined One UI 8.5 beta via samsung members app and it still shows "processing your join request" since 12hrs any idea why and when can I get beta software.

How were ypu able to get the issue resolved.
