Active AI features definately not but some cloud based features like the noise reduction, maybe even the new layouts in the editor tools. And hopefully now bar briefs etc come too
The only major difference is the chipset, camera and battery. Everything else is pretty much the same. Both the s24 and s25 will have the same features in oneui7 except the s24ultra still has Bluetooth spen and the S25ultra is just a stylus. But as far as any difference with the UI, there wont be. šš»
