Why i can't recieve beta update? I changed region of galaxy members a lot but the notification of beta update not showing for me. "S24 ultra"

Just wait it's slow and if your phone is locked to a carrier you may or may not get it

I have registered for the beta days ago and haven't been able to get an update. When I search "beta" there's only 90 results and only a handful related to this beta and none talk about the issue.

You would need a samsung mod for this but since today and tomorrow is the weekend you most likely get back to you by Monday

One UI 7 Beta is eligible for US- S24 devices. 

If your device has not been purchased in US, then there is a high chance that you won't be able to receive Beta software update notification.
