When you open Samsung Members:

1. Go to "Community."
2. Press the circle in the top right to open your profile.
3. Select "Direct message."
4. Start a new message using the circle in the bottom right.
5. Fill in the information:
* Recipient: USBetaModerator3
* Subject and message: State your request.
