QuestionsHey, dont know if this is still an issue, but you can definitely set the default transparency of the notifications using GoodLock's Theme Park addon. Just create a new theme -> Click in the second from the bottom left window -> Click the Notification Color bubble -> Set the desired transparency.
It will apply not only to the notification center, but also to the lock screen.
