Out of curiosity, why would you want to do that? The folder itself takes up no space except for how many bytes the title takes up. I think that the folder will be recreated when you next install something. I don't know for sure, though. I think it's basically a holding folder for when the apps download to install and the contents deleted when the installation is complete.
