How do I lock my apps without secure folder? I just got One UI 7

Was wondering how to do that because I need to lock my ig and other social media, just incase mmy phone is unlocked without me there, and for convenience.

I don't think that is possible.

You may also use 3rd party apps to lock your personal apps if you are unwilling to use Secure folder.
