Got a time zone update notification, but by error removed it. How to update time zones?

Today I got a time zone notification on my galaxy watch6. By error I swished the notification away when I wanted to install the update. Checking updates I am told that everything is OK. How to update time zones now?

Restart the watch and the update should apply. 🙂 that's all the notification said.
