QuestionsI bought a s24 ultra on fb marketplace. The seller was genuine but he sold me the phone which was in beta OS UI 7. when i placed a new sim, it said sim changed and beta not available. I wanted to get out of beta. i changed sim to tmobile, then when i tried to leave beta in members app, it showed samsung account is different. i couldnt leave. i used smartswitch on pc to revert to stable OS but autoupdates still download beta os. i tried flashing using ODIN but didnt work. i am able to use stock os but autoupdates still give me beta updates.
when i go into members app now to enroll into beta os( to see if that works), it says its already enrolled. the seller isnt willing to meet to use his samsung account to login to members app and unenroll beta. I am stuck. its ridiculously hard to leave beta. i saw the forums dating back to 2022 with same issue. this is beyond pathetic experience for a 1st time samsung phone user like me.
Is there any way i can leave beta without access to the previous owner's samsung account?

QuestionsThe UI7 official will be released shortly, and at that point your phone will only be able to update to that.
So wait a week.

QuestionsHello,
Thank you for your feedback.
As many others suggested, you have several options to enjoy the Beta before the official rollout.
1) If you don't have access to the previous owner's Samsung account information, then we can help you update the Network carrier information (to T-Mobile) once you provide us the device IMEI.
> That way, you won't be getting "your SIM info has been changed" info
2. We can unenroll the previous owners' Beta registration status and update to yours.
3. Lastly, you can wait until the official One UI 7 software is released
If you would like to try any options listed above, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
