My Galaxy Watch Ultra (ONEUI ๐Ÿ˜Ž will no longer connect to my S25 Ultra (with ONEUI Beta 7/31 Update).

Had a weird message this weekend saying that Google Play updates were causing an issue with Google Messages. I clicked on Remove Updates and it somehow **bleep** up Google apps on my phone. Maps and Waze needed permissions again, YouTube Music logged out....etc. My watch was no longer connected to my phone either. Unfortunately no matter what I try, my Watch Ultra will not connect with my phone. It stops between 80-90% repeatedly. I've forced stop for Galaxy Wearables and cleared cache. I've even tried clearing data. I've checked everything for updates. I've restarted my phone and watch multiple times. I've wiped cache partition on my phone and restarted as well as doing the exact same on the watch. I feel like I have tried everything and cannot get the watch to reconnect. Any other thoughts on this? All apps are updated on my phone.

Thanks for the help here!!

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Since Watch Ultra is on official One UI 8, while S25 is still under Beta, there could be a conflicting Wearable Manager app causing the syncing issue. We recommend submitting a bug report, video recording on this issue while you're trying to pair.

In the mean time, Factory Data reset is the alternative option we recommend to Beta users, due to these kinds of unexpected issue.

However, before you FDR your device, try to clear out the data on Galaxy Manager / Wearable App, check for updates on Galaxy / Google Play store, and see if the pairing issue is resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced.

Regards,

One UI Beta Team

I'm having the exact same issue. Google play services said I had an issue with the update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the update and it completely jacked my phone up. All my apps were acting weird. GPS worked half the time. Logged me out and removed my Google accounts and my Galaxy watch 5 pro wont connect. Tried resetting it multiple times. I get to 80% and there's an error. I ended up resetting my S25 Ultra and after that my watch connected. Seemed to work fine. This morning, watch is working but its only connected to my phone remotely, not Bluetooth. Tried connecting it through Bluetooth and nothing. I unpaired and here we are in the infinite loop of resetting the watch and errors. It's gotta be a Bluetooth issue with the new One UI8 Beta patch. It just started literally last Sunday. Samsung support says to send the watch in. Hopefully stable One UI 8 hits sooner than later. Good luck!
