Download oneui 8 wear app when watch & phone factory reset

Galaxy Watch 6 on OneUI watch 8 beta but factory reset both watch n phone

How do I download the appropriate Galaxy wear app for one UI 8 without having the ability to connect my watch for the members app to download the right version? 

I'm setting up my watch through the wear app and it keeps erroring out after a few steps and I'm sure the reason is because I have the play store version of the wear app not the beta friendly version.

Maybe thru the Galaxy Store? That's where I got it, but it was all kind of automatic.

Thank you for your feedback.

To download Watch Beta wearable apps, simply select your device under Beta Program Card > Download from Galaxy Store. 

Please make sure you are installing the beta wearable app instead of the official from Playstore, as it will create conflict pairing your watch.
