I got it yesterday. Seems to be a Beta 5 that catches up the Unlocked S24U to the February security patch. Carrier branded S24U got that with Beta 4.

Hello,

Hotfix was released for Unlocked device models only (not for T-Mobile devices) due to VVM crashing issue (critical issue). 

We are still in the 4th Beta phase.
