QuestionsHello,
Thank you for your question! Device Health Services was previously available through the Google Play Store, but its compatibility with Samsung Galaxy devices has changed following updates to One UI.
Samsung has been enhancing its own device health and battery optimization features, which may have contributed to Device Health Services no longer being available for installation or updates on certain devices.
Regarding One UI 7, there is no official confirmation yet on whether Device Health Services will return to the Play Store or if Samsung will continue focusing on its native device management features. We recommend checking for updates through:
- Samsung Members App – For official announcements regarding system optimizations.
- Galaxy Store & Play Store – To see if the app becomes available again.
- One UI Beta Feedback – If you experience any related issues, you can report them via Samsung Members > Beta Feedback
We appreciate your patience as Samsung continues refining device health and battery management features in One UI. Thank you for being part of the One UI Beta community!
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
