Annoying notification pops up almost every day

The wallpaper and style notification keeps popping up. I think it's related to the weather app and I don't know how to stop it from returning.. Samsung, it's rather annoying.

When notification popped press and hold on notification, then settings should pop-up next to notification. There you can turn off.

You can turn off the notification settings by long pressing the notification (from the panel) and turn it off.
