2 update bars and 3rd beta is not not being picked up

Seeing 2 update bars on the settings page, the first one is useless, doesn't do anything when I click check for update. The second one checks for updates but it's not pulling the 3rd beta.

Have you recently changed your network carrier after your Beta registration?

It seems absurd that your device is not getting the updates through Over-The-Air. 

If the issue persists, then please DM us your Samsung Email account, along with device IMEI and we are happy to assist you.
