10 days in and still no beta

Hey Samsung. When are folks on watch 7 BT going to get their beta download? I signed up on June 30 and still cannot download beta. This is terrible

We checked your Beta status, and it seemed that your Watch 7 Bluetooth model was not registered in Beta program.

We pushed the software to your Watch, and hopefully you should be getting an update for One UI 8 Beta software.

I have an Ultra and have been on T-Mobile since I got the Watch and still haven't been able to get the beta update. I also have a Bluetooth watch 7 and I was able to get the update on it. I don't understand why my Ultra with T-Mobile still can't get it.

Please DM us your Samsung Account information and Bluetooth Address of your Watch Ultra and we will further look into your Beta status.

@USBetaModerator3, this is what I see when I click "check for updates." and I have downloaded the watch 7 beta manager from the beta homepage and have it installed. I have tried restarting watch, force closing the Wear app and restarting it and all to no avail
