Virtual keyboard continual popup

I am struggling to find a solution to a continual problem with the virtual keyboard on my qa75qn800bwxxy tv. changing the tv channel will randomly bring up the keyboard option. this may occur with 5 channel changes in a row and then will not occur for another 15 channel changes. I cannot find a reason for it appearing and cannot seem to find an option to stop it. any assistance would be appreciated

If it's a TV do you have anything connected to it like a streaming device.? Or cec enabled? No idea really

its a tv, it has a very old HDD recorder on a HDMI cord that i'll disconnect. its connected via ethernet to the internet but I cannot see that being this cause. ill check the cec settings to see if there is any changes.

I had the same problem  every time we changed the channel it would pop up. I did a factory reset and that fixed it. Hope this helps
