Vertical yellow discoloration in art mode

I have a vertical yellow discoloration covering about 1/4 to 1/3 of screen when in art mode. My frame is about 4-1/2 years old. Is there is a fix to this?

This may be something that will require service as this is occurring on all sources now. Depending on your warrant you will have a few options. 

 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

Just when it is in art mode—artwork on like screensaver. It is not present when watching shows

Just to be sure, have you checked if your TV software is updated? Could you provide a photo of the discoloration?

We are now seeing the yellow discoloration while watching shows—noticed it this morning and also noticed another smaller vertical yellow line in the middle. We checked for updates but says ours has no available updates. I will send a picture in a bit.
