Hello,
My TV of 2 years, a QN82 suddenly had an unresponsive remote. replaced batteries, soft reset, hard reset, and even bought a new remote, and they both refuse to sync using the hold return +pause/play.
gladly "had" SmartThings and tried troubleshooting to no avail. last resort to reset TV and was lucky it sync'd back with my SmartThings. Now apps do not work because SmartHub has a 202 Error "ISP Block" which we all know doesn't exist.
i reset SmartHub, reset modem and router, used another Wi-Fi network, then hardwired TV and none fixed the 202 error.
after the last hard reset, wired connection requires an acknowledgement.
so now no internet and no remote and this model has a single power button where you can't control the menu.
Any ideas out there will be appreciated as this thing turned into a very heavy paper weight.

funny is that u can’t test the TV because I have no remote not smart things and I can’t reset to factory to setup a new smart thing remote 😕

QLED and The Frame TVsHi there, Thanks so much for reaching out about this. Typically, for remote control issues, if the reset does not help, we recommend replacing the remote. Since you have already done this, and are still having the same issues, it's possible there may be an issue with the TVs receiver that will require service. It is also possible that the replacement remote was also defective, though this is unlikely.
For the internet concerns, I do have the following link to some troubleshooting steps. However, if these do not resolve the issue, then we would recommend service for this as well.
