QLED and The Frame TVsI have 2 identical tv's... un65u8000fd used less than a month. I have spectrum cable boxes plugged into each. When we shut the tv's off at night and turn them back on in the morning, we get the message "Check device power." The cable boxes are "on".
We've tried:
-replacing hdmi cables.
-replacing cable boxes
-changed hdmi ports on the tv
-verifying we're using the most updated firmware
If we leave the tv on at night, it will work. But this isn't a practical solution.
