QLED and The Frame TVsOn my TV the guide takes an excessive amount of time to load. The video preview is often times has the circle icon for loading the preview. When you start to scroll down to view the guide it will take you back to the original channel the TV is currently on and you have to start scrolling down all over again. Then the process repeats. I'm using an over the AIR antenna and the reception is fine. I also have the latest firmware update. My other 65" Samsung in the house loads up immediately and there are no issues. Not sure why the lag? It has done this ever since I've had the TV.

QLED and The Frame TVsI had been having this problem for two years. I tried to fix it after searching these forums and using Reddit and ChatGPT. I just completely reset my tv and set it up new using the Smartthings app and the guide works great now! No longer lags and the network icons even show up in the guide. Could be worth a try.
