We just purchased a 75" QN90D to replace an 8 year old Samsung 65" 4k tv (can't remember the model.

When starting content with any installed app, it seems to take a few minutes for the show or movie to "catch-up" and render at 4K. In other words, the picture is all pixelated for the first few minutes before it becomes clearer. This is happening with all apps. I tried both a wired and wireless connection. I have a 1 GIG service and the TV is showing well over 100mbs down on a speed test. I never had this issue with our old TV. Any ideas?

I'm sorry that you are experiencing problems with your TV, I have the same model as you,, I would also check your settings in the General and Privacy menu, Then select the intelligent mode settings and check the picture configuration, if you are still experiencing problems check the picture settings, Expert menu and scroll down to the bottom and reset the picture, The Pixel issues can also be caused by your Router, maybe reboot everything
