Samsung TV plus auto runs at startup

I have the Q70AA 75 inch TV. When I first got it it would start up with the most recent app behind the home banner. Now it’s running Samsung TV plus and it’s driving me nuts. I can’t seem to find an app to disable it. Going to special features and selecting anything else doesn’t seem to work. I tried to see if there was an update for the TV but there was nothing. Please help.

I think the diagnostic test may help could be some issue somewhere not had this myself
