I recently got burn in on a 85" Neo Qled QN90A. I am heart broken. Is there any chance its eligible for the 10 year burn in guarantee.

While I am not familiar with the specific 10 year guarantee for your device, as long as you registered the warranty within the proper time frame after purchase, you should be eligible for whatever coverage Samsung offers so long as you fall within the terms of that warranty.
You will need to initiate a warranty claim by contacting Samsung support and scheduling a repair at a certified Samsung repair center.
