QLED and The Frame TVsI have a Samsung QLED model#QN85Q7DAAFXZA and when the tv is on I notice there are white blur areas around the border of the screen. I've seen additional post about this, and I am concerned that I am going to have to replace the tv. I purchased the tv on the BJ's wholesale website on July 9th, 2023. I believe it is this under warranty. Please let me know what I should do to try and resolve this problem.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your TV having cloudy images. I would recommend seeing if this is occurring on all sources and, with using a new HDMI cable. If it still occurs service will be required. You will have a couple of options depending on your warranty.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
