QLED 85in 8k not reconnecting to cable box

Every time I disconnect my TV it has a hard time reconnecting to my cable box.

all other apps work fine, but after getting the Picture in Picture, when it tries to display full, it disconnects and black screen with a red triangle appears and everything stops working.

Please help, annoying for a high end electronic device

Thank you, I have trying to get support to come and check, unsuccessfully, it has been a problem since I bought the TV. 
Now it is no longer under warranty, I have an official opinion to lean on.

Will follow up with technical support and report here
