QLED and The Frame TVs

I set up my new QLED Q6F 2025 version 75inch (special through Best Buy?) and there is no Philips Hue Sync app in the App Store. Everywhere I read says Hue Sync is compatible is you have a QLED newer than 2022. The Q7F 75inch spec sheet says Hue Sync: Yes and the Samsung rep at Best Buy told me this Q6F is pretty much the same type of TV, just lacking some refresh rates. Can’t seem to locate the Q6F spec sheet on Samsung page, so I can’t confirm the Hue Sync capability.
I have my Hue Bridge connected through SmartThings, but I can’t get the Hue Strip I installed on the tv to do video-sync, even when it’s configured on my Hue phone app.

TV software fully updated immediately when I ran through the configuration steps.

I know there’s an additional device I can purchase to sync my strip to the display, but come on it’s a 2025 QLED.

Any thoughts?
