So frustrated! I have a 2023 The Frame TV and the One Connect box is broken. I talked to people at Samsung, Best Buy where I bought the TV, and did an online search to buy another box. There are none out there. So I have an expensive TV that works fine, except for the One Connect box. I won't ever buy another Samsung product.
