I have just purchased Frame TV model QN65LS03DAFXZA from the US, I am based in the Cayman Islands. I am able to use Art mode but there is no option to subscribe for or access the Art Store (I only have access to a small selection of complementary art saved to the TV) I have made several calls to customer service and have received no useful advice.
