I watched a few YouTube videos on suggested settings and I am interested in trying out different picture modes.  Right now it shows standard, and when I select it it says, "this feature isn't available".  I'm guessing this is due to a conflict with another setting.  Any help will be appreciated!

QLED and The Frame TVs

Welcome to the Samsung Community, FloridaMark. To make sure I understand this correctly, when you try to select Movie mode as a picture setting, It says "Unavailable." Is that right? I don't see any details that should keep you from being able to use that mode. Can you provide the full model number of the TV?

Thank you for your reply.  I have a QN70F.  I was able to change modes.  The trick was to turn off the AI mode.  My other issue now is the following:  I tried the calibration mode, and it updated my movie mode twice to "movie calibrated".  Is there a way to set that back to the original uncalibrated mode?  Thank you!!

You should be able to reset this by performing a Picture Reset. Any settings to the display would be set back up to the original default. I'm not 100% sure this is the right steps. I didn't look up the QN70F series, but not your specific model. To reset the picture: Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Reset Picture. If this does not work, you can always reset the TV to the factory settings by: Settings > General > Reset. Hope this helps!
