QLED and The Frame TVsI have the 55" Class QLED 4K Q80D QN55Q80DAFXZA purchased in December 2023. When watching something on streaming SOMETIMES I will get a pop-up in the upper right corner of the monitor/tv. It states as follows: Network Settings
Network cable connected. And then it will immediately switch to Network cable disconnected and so on back and forth for a minute and then it will just stop.
And, this is new, when it states cable is disconnected, whatever we are streaming will stop, because the monitor/tv thinks the cable has been disconnected. The reason I say thinks is that I know the monitor/tv is connected because it is connected to the internet via wireless. I will also go into the settings and verify that it is connect through the network status.
So through all of my resetting the power, resetting settings, changing settings as per the online techs, nothing fixes the issue, YOU HAVE A BUG IN YOUR FIRMWARE.
