There's a couple things you can try. 1st one, unplug your TV from the wall, wait 60 seconds before plugging it back in.. Don't be impatient, wait the whole minute.. If that doesnt work, try unplugging your router, wait the Same amount of time. And 3rd suggestion, delete the app from the TV then reinstall it. Hopefully one of these will help.
