Just to confirm, are you using the Samsung TV+ app, or a different device to receive channels? Also, is it one specific channel that is buffering, or all of them? Lastly, have you checked for software updates on your TV? Here's on link on how to update the TV: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002051/

I would also like to add that support for US products is the focus of this forum. As your device is a non-US model information is severely limited. We kindly suggest that you use this link to look for a support team in the area your product was manufactured for: https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/

Did you know? Your region more than likely has a community of its very own!! Check out the following link and join the community in your region:  https://r2.community.samsung.com/

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! The channel will be region-based, depending on the location the TV is in, it will have different channels.

I live in Puerto Rico, which is part of the United States, and I stopped watching it 6 months ago. However, I see in the guide that it is available, but when I select it, it just keeps buffering.
